DMCA and content removal

Desizilo respects the rights of content owners and of the people who appear in videos. We respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and to removal requests from performers, usually within 48 hours.

What to include in a notice

• Your name and contact details, and the name of the copyright owner if you act on their behalf.
• A description of the original work.
• The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on desizilo.com you want removed.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised, and that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, under penalty of perjury.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).

Send the notice with the form below or by email to menotebo@gmail.com. If you appear in a video and want it removed, say so in the message. You do not need to prove copyright ownership for that, and we will remove the video.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same details and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed in error.
